How does Dental Pass differ from Dental Insurance?
Dental Pass is a discount plan and not a dental insurance. Under this program, you are expected to pay dentists directly based on a discounted fee schedule. Unlike traditional dental insurance programs, there are no waiting periods and no annual maximums. Discount cards, such as this Dental Pass, allow for unlimited use of services by using a dental network consisting of all Two Rivers Dental affiliated practices. The fees you pay are based on a discounted fee schedule are due at the time of service.
How much can I save using the Plan?
The plan covers two free Cleanings, two free Exams, and one free X-Ray per year. That is a savings of $500.00 right away. In addition, members save between 30% to 60% on all major and minor dental work. See full fee schedule for a complete list of dental services and their associated fees.
How much does it cost to become a member of Dental Pass?
The cost is very affordable and pays for itself in just one cleaning. After an annual membership fee of either $99 for an individual member or $199 for a family of two or more (up to four), members pay a nominal monthly fee.
What am I expected to pay the dentist for dental services?
At the time of service, you are expected to pay dentist fees based on the accompanying discounted fee schedule. Of course, two Cleanings, two Exams and one X-Ray are included free of charge.
Can I cancel my membership after I sign up?
Yes, the membership can be cancelled at any time. There is no contractual commitment of any kind. If you decide to cancel, we will stop charging your credit card for monthly dues. The annual membership fee is non-refundable. Once cancelled, the membership cannot be re-activated unless you pay the annual membership fees again.
Who can I include in the plan?
You can include up to four members who live at the same address in the Dental Pass plan. This includes parents if you are responsible for them.
